ROUNDUP: Kelly lifts Bulldogs to sweep of Aggies

Kaitlin Kelly registered nine kills and five digs to lead Centennial’s girls volleyball team to a 25-12, 25-17, 25-16 victory over visiting Arbor View on Monday.

Ashley Hill added 11 digs and two aces for the Bulldogs. Teammate Alex Johnson notched six kills and four blocks, and Emma Hilsabeck added eight assists.

Amber Graham had nine kills for Arbor View. Jordyn Beas chipped in four blocks, and Erika Kelly supplied three aces for the Aggies.

Bishop Gorman 3, Durango 0 — At Gorman, Taylor Cason recorded 14 digs and two aces, and teammate Emma Falosi had 19 assists and four aces as the Gaels swept the Trailblazers, 25-22, 25-9, 25-14.

Anna Dondero and Lea Lychock each added five kills for Gorman.

Mariah Fuentes led Durango with 11 digs. Hailee Wilson added five kills for the Trailblazers, and Mindy Larson supplied three kills.

Bonanza 3, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Sammie Spelman had 12 kills, and Sydney McFadden dished out 21 assists and four aces as the Bengals rolled to a 25-12, 25-19, 25-15 sweep of the Grizzlies.

Vasati Fiatoa added four kills and two blocks for Bonanza.

Tori Patterson led Spring Valley with four assists, two kills and two digs. Rachel Milam had 10 digs for the Grizzlies.

Boulder City 3, Del Sol 1 — At Boulder City, Avalon Frantz dished out 40 assists to lead the Eagles to a 25-18, 22-25, 25-11, 28-26 victory over the Dragons.

Whitney Barlow had 20 kills and five aces for Boulder City. Ali Rants added 29 digs for the Eagles, and Mallory Bird supplied nine kills.

Angela Johnson led Del Sol with 10 kills and seven blocks. Emmie Coleman had 10 digs and three aces for the Dragons, and Kaleileihua Cabanas had 11 digs.

Cimarron-Memorial 3, Cheyenne 0 — At Cimarron, Toree Manumaleuna logged nine kills, eight aces and six digs to help the Spartans roll past the Desert Shields, 25-11, 25-12, 25-10.

Erica Padilla added 21 assists and five aces for Cimarron, and teammate Pamala Matthews had five kills.

Jenna Mecham led Cheyenne with four blocks and two digs.

Desert Oasis 3, Virgin Valley 1 — At Desert Oasis, Kindra Stanfield had 18 assists and three kills to lead the Diamondbacks past the Bulldogs, 25-16, 25-18, 22-25, 25-13.

Suzanna Paul had six kills, four digs and three assists for Desert Oasis, which got 11 digs from Audrey Blockovich.

Alora Bonner had 12 digs, 10 kills and two aces for Virgin Valley. Halle Wakefield added 20 digs and two aces, and Heidi Lister had 10 kills and three aces for the Bulldogs.

Faith Lutheran 3, Legacy 0 — At Faith Lutheran, Kelsey McCourt recorded 22 assists and seven aces to help the Crusaders to a sweep of the Longhorns, 25-5, 25-14, 25-10.

Taylor Richards added six kills for Faith Lutheran and teammate Sam Leonard finished with five kills.

Mountain View 2-2, Adelson School 0-0 — At Mountain View, Sydney Saultz had two kills to help the Saints to a doubleheader win over the Lions, 25-7, 25-13 and 25-10, 25-10.

Pahrump Valley 3, Clark 0 — At Clark, Taylor McJunkin had nine kills to lift the Trojans to a 25-9, 25-17, 27-25 win over the Chargers.

Reegan Van Engen added eight blocks for Pahrump, and teammate Sara Wulfenstein dished out 12 assists.

Michelle Diamant led Clark with six kills, and teammate Alexa Springs added four kills.

Palo Verde 3, Mojave 0 — At Palo Verde, Kendall Chavel recorded nine aces and four kills as the Panthers downed the Rattlers, 25-11, 25-8, 25-12.

Stephanie Herman recorded four aces for Palo Verde, and Lexi Riggs finished with four kills, four digs and two aces.

Sierra Vista 3, Western 0 — At Western, McCall Phillips had five kills, two blocks and four aces to help the Mountain Lions to a 25-20, 25-11, 25-12 victory over the Warriors.

Kennedy Rosek added three kills, four aces and five digs, and Chyna Williams had 13 assists for Sierra Vista.

Carol Riggs led Western with 12 assists, three aces and two digs, and Brittany Moreland added three kills and two assists for the Warriors.
