ROUNDUP: Miller sweeps singles sets as Gorman boys beat Grizzlies

Cody Miller went 3-0 in singles play as Bishop Gorman’s boys tennis team defeated visiting Spring Valley 13-5 on Monday.
The doubles teams of Michael Bessen and Jalen Panlos, along with Joseph Connors and Adrien Valencia, each went 3-0 for Gorman.
Arbor View 11, Legacy 7 — At Legacy, Quinn Legere and Blake Chide each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Aggies over the Longhorns.
Keith Noorda and Kevin Noorda teamed to go 3-0 in doubles for Legacy.
Bonanza 16, Desert Oasis 2 — At Bonanza, Josh Mitchell and Andy Stephenson each went 3-0 in singles to help the Bengals roll past the Diamondbacks.
Centennial 16, The Meadows 2 — At The Meadows, Travis Beck, Lucas Lee and Greg Madsen each went 3-0 in singles to lead the Bulldogs past the Mustangs.
Centennial’s doubles teams of Brandon Fish and Casey Moses, Parker McDonough and Tyler Hardy, and Dallin Johnson and Dakota Trombley each went 2-0.
Cheyenne 8, Mojave 5 — At Mojave, Joshua Denton went 3-0 in singles to help the Desert Shields get past the Rattlers.
Tim Bachman and Ethan Ventura won both of their doubles sets for Mojave.
Cimarron-Memorial 14, Shadow Ridge 4 — At Shadow Ridge, Brian Foley went 3-0 in singles to help the Spartans cruise past the Mustangs.
James Salls and Braydon Egbert teamed to go 3-0 in doubles for Cimarron.
Clark 11, Durango 7 — At Clark, Derc Peng went 2-0 in singles to lead the Chargers over the Trailblazers.
Palo Verde 17, Faith Lutheran 1 — At Faith Lutheran, Zack Surmacz was 2-0 in singles as the Panthers routed the Crusaders.
Virgin Valley 12, Western 6 — At Mesquite, Addison Van Houten, Cody Cloes and Ryan Baeza each went 3-0 in singles play as the Bulldogs downed the Warriors.
Braeden Smith and Steven Glad went 3-0 in doubles for Western.
