Jesus Patricio notched a goal and an assist Wednesday as Western’s boys soccer team posted a 2-0 win at Desert Oasis.
Patricio converted a first-half penalty kick, and set up Alfredo Corona’s goal in the second half for the Warriors.
Jose Bautista made five saves to earn the shutout.
Bonanza 1, Pahrump Valley 0 — At Bonanza, Eddie Ramirez’s first-half goal lifted the Bengals past the Trojans.
Fabian Figueroa made five saves to earn the shutout for Bonanza.
Sierra Vista 7, Durango 0 — At Durango, Miles McRae tallied three goals, and Milan Popovic added a goal and three assists as the Mountain Lions routed the Trailblazers.
Truitt Evans scored twice, and Marco Garcia had a goal for Sierra Vista.
Jorge Garcia made seven saves en route to the shutout.
Clark 6, Spring Valley 1 — At Clark, Juan Regalado had a goal and an assist as the Chargers rolled past the Grizzlies.
Jorge Betancourt, Isaac Huerta, Jose Munoz, Oniver Chavez and Victor Alavarez each scored a goal for Clark.
Ricky Gonzalez scored for Spring Valley.
Shadow Ridge 2, Faith Lutheran 1— At Shadow Ridge, Blake Damato scored two second-half goals to help the Mustangs edge the Crusaders.
Zack Haybart scored the lone goal for Faith Lutheran.
Legacy 6, Cheyenne 1 — At Legacy, Antonio Velasquez scored two goals as the Patriots powered past the Desert Shields.
Saul Aguirre, Gerado Acero, Jamie Ibarra and Jorge Gonzalez each added a goal for Legacy.
Julio Uribe tallied a goal for Cheyenne.
Cimarron-Memorial 3, Mojave 1 — At Cimarron, Oso Valencia scored two goals to lead the Spartans past the Rattlers.
Alex Ramirez had a goal an an assist for Cimarron.
Juan Ramirez scored for Mojave.
Palo Verde 7, Arbor View 0 — At Arbor View, Zack Ward and Jose Silva each scored two goals as the Panthers blanked the Aggies.
A.J. Henry, Ryan Kleiner and Alex Shackley each supplied a goal, and Dominick Casucci notched the shutout for Palo Verde.
