Marisol Sierra netted the match-winning goal with seven minutes remaining Thursday to lift Desert Pines’ girls soccer team to a 2-1 win over visiting Basic.
Mariyah Espinoza also scored for the Jaguars.
Nikki Mullins tallied Basic’s lone goal.
Green Valley 1, Spring Valley 0 — At Spring Valley, Cassidy McLean’s first-half goal stood up as the Gators nipped the Grizzlies.
Nicole Dunn made five saves for the Gators.
Coronado 3, Palo Verde 1 — At Coronado, Breanna McCallum and Gabrielle Morris each had a goal and an assist to help lead the Cougars to a win over the Panthers.
Breanna Robinson added a goal for Coronado.
Jordan Fleming scored for Palo Verde.
Cheyenne 2, Desert Oasis 0 — At Cheyenne, Priscilla Hernandez scored on a penalty kick in the first half, and Debra Chinchilla added a second-half goal as the Desert Shields topped the Diamondbacks.
Clara Zamora made 10 saves to earn the shutout for Cheyenne.
Sunrise Mountain 3, Mojave 0 — At Sunrise Mountain, Chrystal Corona, Jessell Odell, and Cindy Robles each scored a goal as the Miners blanked the Rattlers.
Amanda Martin had two assists for Sunrise Mountain, which got a shutout from goalkeeper Yoslin Luna.
Eldorado 4, Durango 1 — At Durango, Madison Granger, Crystal Mendoza, Autumn Moore and Alexis Sama each had a goal as the Sundevils downed the Trailblazers.
Amanda Maloney scored for Durango.
Shadow Ridge 4, Clark 1 — At Clark, Meghan Cordero notched two goals to lift the Mustangs past the Chargers.
Hailee Aragon and Hannah Farmer added a goal apiece for Shadow Ridge.
Rachel Soohoo scored for Clark.
Las Vegas 3, Tech 0 — At Tech, Vanessa Martinez, Mariel Hundley and Andrea Vidales each had a goal, and the Wildcats blanked the Roadrunners.
Lauryn Horstdaniel made two saves to earn the shutout.
Silverado 8, Sierra Vista 0 — At Silverado, Krista Lee had three goals and an assist as the Skyhawks routed the Mountain Lions.
Katelyn Comeno added two goals, and Danielle Parven and Laura Covarrubias each supplied a goal and an assist for Silverado, which got a goal from Carissa Gonzalez.
Comeno and Taylor Lommaso shared the shutout.
Arbor View 9, Rancho 0 — At Rancho, Haley Vicente notched three goals and an assist as the Aggies rolled past the Rams.
Falon Miller added two goals for the Aggies, who also got goals from Aaliyah Norman, Bayley Andrade, Sam Mendoza and Tara LeBaron.
